I soap doesn’t leak out when you first put it in, it starts of slow once it’s in the shower dispenser & leaks all on the shower floor after an hour, maybe I got a defective one, but I feel I wasted my money. The leaks your referring to is from the valve assembly of the shower dispenser, which need to replace the pump and valve. This will solve the leaks issue.
